True 1K Water Based Systems with 400 Series
For self-sealing system with new wood*
- Apply white 400 series 1k at 3-5 wet mils.
2. Apply a minimum of 1-2 coats of White 400 series at 3-5 wet mils.
For MDF, new wood or refinishing where no tannin or dye blocking is needed*
- Apply CW-1107 with 15% CW-4002 at 5-6 wet mils.
Let dry at least 1 hr before sanding
2. Apply a minimum of 2 coats 400 series 1k at 3-5 wet mils.
For high build/grain filling on new wood or refinishing (resistant to tannin bleed & dye migration) *
- Apply CW-1107 with 15% CW-4002 at 5-6 wet mils.
Let dry overnight/at least 8 hours. Let dry for at least an hour before sanding. Apply a minimum of 2-3 coats at 5-6 wet mils each
2. Apply a minimum of 2 coats white 400 1k at 3-5 wet mils.
Hybrid water-based/solvent-based finishing system for new wood or refinishing
- Apply 1-2 coats or CS-1106 275 VOC White Vinyl Primer or CS-1106 White Vinyl Primer at 4-5 wet mils.
2. Apply a minimum of 2 coats of the White 400 Series 1k at 3-5 wet mils.
Self-Sealing System*
- Apply clear 400 series 1k at 3-5 wet mils.
2. Apply a minimum of 2 coats white 400 series 1k at 3-5 wet mils.
Clear, Hybrid Systems with 1800 Series*
- Apply 1-2 coats of CS-2007 Clear Vinyl Sealer or CS-2006 Clear Vinyl Sealer at 3-4 wet mils.
2.Apply a minimum of 2 coats clear 400 series 1k at 3-5 wet mils.
